Cooking
Boil chicken and eggs (in the photo, not looking, not taking pictures)
Fillet while cooking, prepare the mushrooms: wash, cut into cubes, fry in a pan until cooked.
Finely chop the onion, some carrots three on a grater and the whole thing is fried in vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut into cubes pickled cucumbers and the fillet and eggs three on terochke
Prepare the salad dressing: finely chop garlic, chop parsley, mix with mayonnaise.
Well, now we make a salad. So, first layer: spread half of the sliced fillet. A little grease cooked dressing that was not dry (I have no green filling between the layers, save the parsley)
Second layer: half of the sliced pickles
Third layer: all the fried mushrooms
Fourth layer: all sagerock of carrots and onions, previously drained oil. P. S. When doing for myself, to be honest, not drained the oil because I love the bad fat))))
Fifth layer: smear a little zapravochniy and put the other half of chopped cucumbers
Sixth layer: the other half fillet on top again zapravochniy (a little bit, without fanaticism)
Seventh layer: corn (of course, before that, drain and rinse) Eighth layer: grated on teracce eggs) Again forgot to take a picture, but I assure you, they are there)
And finally pour the remaining salad dressing. Regarding the number of mayonnaise - this is an Amateur who loves to swim all in the mayonnaise, then you have to take 500 g pack. But of course, a dry salad is not supposed to be (I just drained the oil, and mayonnaise not much indulge, yet harmful) and That's our dish! Sooooo satisfying, in the evening with a beer is the best dinner for my husband!
