Orange and onion salad
Juicy, refreshing salad with a spicy taste ideal for meat dishes. Will be a wonderful hunger, as submitted, with fresh bread waiting for dinner) I love all sorts of unusual combinations, the idea of this recipe took the Book of the Deli "About salads", a little transform to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

From orange, cut rind with a knife to remove and protectors of cloves, exposing the flesh.

Onion peel and cut into thin rings.

Orange cut into slices, spread on a dish. Sprinkle with onion rings and chopped parsley.

Left over from slicing the oranges juice (about 1 tbsp.) mix with olive oil, salt, pepper to taste. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with grated walnuts or almonds, pistachios, pour dressing.
