Vegetable soup with quinoa
Quinoa is a great seasoning for soups. I present to you the recipe for the soup to cook very simply, from readily available products. In addition, this soup is very useful in its composition. In case, if you substitute broth for the water, would make a great vegetarian, and dietary dish.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

  • Tomato

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Cabbage

All the necessary ingredients. If You decide to make a soup broth, you must first boil the meat. I boiled chicken home with the addition of salt. After which the broth should drain. Vegetables clean.
