Meatloaf with cheese and mushrooms
She didn't believe that the dish will be so tasty as to make it, uses a minimum of ingredients!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Soft cheese

    150 g

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

To make the stuffing, simply scrolling through the available meat through a meat grinder or in a blender, or use ready-made stuffing. Add spices and salt.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Mushrooms finely chop.

On the foil put a thin layer of beef, then cheese, and mushrooms.

To minimize the resulting layer into a roll with foil. Wrap the roll in several layers of foil.

Send in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Roll to cool, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Best served cold! If desired, you can decorate with greens and vegetables like tomatoes, like I did!
