Bread surprise
A method of forming sandwiches, the main meaning of which is a surprise, I don't know what kind of content gets. This bread is an integral part of Christmas in France, but I think it can be appropriate for any holiday or picnic. Make sandwiches banal decoration of the table!

Of water, two flours, salt and yeast knead the dough, I helped bread. Let rise the dough for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place, covered with a napkin. Shape (diameter 20 cm) lay a parchment from the dough to form a ball and place it into the form, let rise 30 minutes.
