Fried cabbage on the grill is very tasty! In a spicy sauce that turns this vegetable into a gourmet side dish. I love to make this side dish to meat, believe me, guests will eat all the little leaves.

Cooking
We'll need forks young cabbage.
Without removing the stalk, cut forks into 8 wedges.
Brush coat the cabbage with olive oil.
Warm up the grill and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until the leaves of the cabbage will not fry and it will soften a little. This, of course, a matter of taste, but I like the cabbage still a little crunchy.
Turn over and the same thing will do with the other side. (If you don't have a grill, you can fry the cabbage and on common pan.)
From lemon squeeze the juice.
In the bowl of a blender place parsley, oil, teriyaki sauce, garlic, pepper, paprika, lemon juice. All is well beat into a soft mousse - the sauce is ready.
Place wedges of cabbage on a plate and pour the sauce side - dish is ready.
