Soup Lima
For those who adhere to a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition, offer a recipe of hearty and healthy soup. You can cook with meat, but I have more dietary offer and two options for the submission of the same soup.

Ingredients

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Curry

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Lentils

    1 cup

Measure out one Cup of beans "Lima" from "Mistral".

Soak beans in cold water preferably overnight, then drain the water, pour 2 liters of fresh water, bring to boil, add pepper, cook until soft.

Meanwhile clean the pumpkin, garlic and onions.
