Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Lecho

    600 g

  • Thyme

    5 sprig

Cooking

Bacon cut into thin slices. Divided into two parts. Spread the bottom of the prepared baking dish the first part of the fat.

Cut pork chops, lightly beat off. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 180 gr. Remove the foil. Spread on top of the thyme sprigs! Flavor! Topcem another 15 minutes.
