For this recipe I took the beans brand "Mistral", which is "Pinto". Beans I of the user pre-filled with water (at least 4 hours, I soaked longer). Put the beans in a pot, fill with water and boil until tender. I have it cooked somewhere 1.5 hours. I cooked the beans separately, it was necessary to me for two meals. Meanwhile, wash the carrots, peel and chop or grate on a coarse grater.
Fry the carrots in a pan with vegetable oil. You can add to zazharku onions but my husband does not like him. You can also add a spoon of tomato paste (I put ketchup, pasta was not).
Prepare the mushrooms: wash, peel, cut.
And also fry in vegetable oil. You can add 1 tablespoon of flour for thickness, which I did.
Washed potatoes clean and cut into small slices. Put in the soup beans and potatoes after 10 minutes after the soup boils, add the carrots and mushrooms, Bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Grind nuts and add to the soup. Bring to a boil and switch off. Sprinkle the finished soup with greens. Ready! The soup turned out thick, if you want more empty, reduce the amount of beans and potatoes.
