Muffin
I want to share the recipe for our favorite rolls, which do very often.

Ingredients

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    5 cup

Cooking

First, cook the syrup (2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp sugar). We need to lighten up.

In warm milk bred yeast and baking powder.

Whisk eggs with salt and vanilla.

Add flour and knead the dough. Here it is supposed to work.

Divide it into 4 pieces and roll out each part.

Grease each piece warm with butter.

Let's turn, first with one hand, then overlay another piece on top (like an envelope).

This has to happen. Put on tray and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Removed from the refrigerator, cut into strips, twisted like a knot, and put on baking tray.

Like that laid on a baking sheet, previously covered with baking paper.

Scones are done. Now put them into the cooled syrup and immediately put on a dish cloth.
