Rolls-rolls with garlic and cheese
I offer delicious biscuits, crispy on top and bottom, very soft and airy inside. They are perfect for first courses or to sweet tea. Help yourselves, friends!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Cheese

    6 slice

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mix cottage cheese with yogurt, sugar and salt.

Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Knead a soft, slightly stick to hands dough.

For the filling: melt the butter, add the thyme, dill, salt and garlic, grated on a fine grater, pepper and mix well.

Divide the dough into two parts, each roll out into a rectangle with a thickness of 3-5 mm. Liberally filling of oil. On top put cheese.
