Summer soup
This borsch with chanterelles, vegetables from his own garden and without the contents will perfectly please your man, even if he's not in a very good mood !!!

Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Onion

  • Asparagus

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Garlic

  • Sour cream

The first thing should be to pour cold water and rinse the mushrooms several times.

Now peel the beetroot, carrots together with the chicken boil until soft.
