Pears in coffee with chocolate and hazelnut

Wash and peel the pears peeled, leave stems intact. Pour into a saucepan the amount of water so that pears are completely submerged in water, Place the pears in a pan, add cinnamon, star anise, sweet pea and cloves. Add 1 tablespoon of coffee. Cook over medium heat about 30 minutes or until soft pear.
