Cooking
Eggs good RUB with a whisk with sugar, gradually infusing honey.

Bake the cake for about 15 minutes at medium temperature. Similarly bake the second cake, leaving a little dough (2-3 tablespoons). From this test, we then bake the little cakes for about 20 minutes - until crisp and grind to dust.
Prepare the cream. Sour cream whipped with sugar and cocoa with a mixer.
Add the butter and continue to beat until fluffy.
Nuts grind using a blender or, if you have time and desire (or, like me, it is broken or missing)) - finely chop with a knife. I want to note that you can use any of Your favorite nuts.
Add the nuts into the cream, leaving a portion for topping. Plenty of fluff first Korzh.
Cover with second Korzh lubricated, good press, as well lubricate liberally with cream, sprinkle with nuts and prepared the crumb-topping of the cake.
Let stand for the resulting pie for about 10 minutes, then cut into wide stripes.
