Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 user Gergana Lambreva called "Parfait with strawberries and honey" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". A delicious dessert, which that night was eaten.

Everything you need to prepare parfait (strawberry while lying in the fridge).
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whites beat with a mixer. To it add honey. Yolks also beat.
To combine the yolks with protein, honey and whip. To whip the cream.
In the egg - honey mixture to shift the whipped cream and half of the pureed strawberries and beat until smooth.
Lay a foil baking dish and pour it into the whipped mass. To cover the top edges of the foil and put in freezer for 3 to 4 hours to complete freezing (I froze the parfait in four hours). Time to prepare the parfait took 30 minutes. Whisking in just 20 minutes, cutting and decoration - 10.
The parfait is cut into slices, put in bowl, vases, pour on top of pureed strawberries.
Decorate with whole strawberries and lemon-balm.
Me and my boys parfait very much. Said that is very similar to strawberry ice cream, but tastes better than store-bought.
