Description
Don't know about you, but I love stuffed peppers. They were small, neat, and where in winter you can find these in the store? Large imported absolutely no desire to stuff, and the price bites. But the jar Lecho available to many and pepper there is a lot more than the same amount you can buy fresh. Offer quick version of delicious meatballs, which in combination with the sauce is not worse than your favorite stuffed peppers.
Cooking
The recipe, unfortunately, no step-by-step, it's pretty simple, I think everything will be clear. 1. The onions and garlic to rotate in blender, add to the minced meat, salt-pepper, add the croutons and egg. All knead well. 2. Mix the minced meat with rice 3. To form the meatballs, they are pretty strong and not fall apart while stewing. If the mince sticks to your hands, moisten your palm with water and make balls. 4. Meatballs fry in well heated oil on all sides just a couple of minutes, to top the mince "grabbed" 5. Now prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the broth and flour, add the tomato paste, bring to a boil, but not boil. If you like a thicker sauce - add a little flour. 6. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and simmer on low heat 15-20 minutes until tender.
