Far Breton with prunes
I want the early, autumn morning to please their man cakes, what could be better than a glass of cold milk and a slice of hot pie? So I think that there is nothing. Moreover, the set of products is minimal, and the cooking time. The cake is cooked in the evening, stays overnight in the refrigerator and in the morning you only need to send it in the oven for 30 minutes, and you can enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

Soft beat butter with brown sugar in the cream.

Add the egg and whisk.Now it is the turn of the yolks, whisk about two minutes until a thick mass.

Add 150g flour and knead stiff dough.
