Chicken in sweet and sour sauce with sesame seeds
Tender white meat with sesame sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sesame

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Potato starch

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fillet cut into small pieces, marinate in soy sauce and leave for 10-20 minutes.

In p/e package mix flour, salt, sesame seeds, add the chicken and shake. Fry the chicken pieces on medium heat in vegetable oil until tender (25-30 minutes).

Mix all (except starch) ingredients for the sauce

Pour it over the chicken and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. To turn off the stove, add diluted starch, stir, cover and allow the meat to soak up the sauce.
