Cream
Gentle cream with berry puree and cream. For the contest "Sweet taste of summer".

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    400 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Water

    150 g

  • Cream

The hardest thing here is to make berries, fresh puree. Berries is better to wipe through a sieve, preferably through the nylon. I had to put the raspberries in a blender, then wiped. Did a lot of puree. YAY! Now take 350 g, and the rest will freeze, for the following dishes.
