Cabbage,potatoes and carrots to boil in salted water until soft,cool. Zucchini to RUB on a grater,squeeze out excess liquid. Onion,garlic, and boiled vegetables miss out on the grinder, if there is a lot of fluid then it can be overcome,add zucchini,salt,pepper,egg,oil,rice,flour and breadcrumbs,mix well,should get a sticky stuffing.Give it to infuse for 5 minutes.

In a pan heat a little vegetable oil,a tablespoon spread the meat with a small slide, sear the burgers well on both sides.
