A delicious casserole of tomatoes with meat.. Those who love stuffed veggies.. I think will appreciate this version.. less Hassle.. result...... Well, you understand))do Not eat can not be)))

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Onion

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Spices

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Parsley

Cooking

Potatoes boil...cool...polite on the slices..Tomatoes cut into slices

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown..Then add the stuffing...Salt...pepper..add finely chopped garlic and the greens and fry until the mince is not esmenet color(Not white)

Form grease with oil. (I did in portions,it is not necessary...you one great)Spread a layer of tomatoes

On top of the stuffing...and again slices of tomatoes

Do fill...melt the Butter...Mix with breadcrumbs...greens and cream..

Fill our the gratin..and put into the oven for 35 minutes. bake at a temperature of 200
