Cooking
Liver wash, peel from the film and veins and cut into small cubes
Also onions cut very finely
To combine the liver, onion, eggs, sour cream and spices. Mix well.
Add the oat crumbs, stir again and leave for 10 minutes. If the mass is watery - add the flour.
Fry on medium heat, gently turning
Liver cooked this way are tender with batter. It turns out juicy and satisfying! Also useful!
