Aromatic, vegetable cream soup
Very easy, incredibly flavorful soup. And besides, a bunch of vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus

    8 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    6 piece

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Cream

    1 pack

  • Olive oil

Chop and lightly fry: asparagus, celery, leek, one carrot, grated on a coarse grater.

Then to shift in a deep saucepan, cover with water, add sliced potatoes and 2 boiled carrots, let boil.

As the vegetables came to readiness, blender, all beaten, return to fire, pour the cream, add salt and bring to a boil.
