Description

This recipe I found in the book about Ukrainian dishes. If you are tired of semolina, I advise you to try to cook such "sweet tooth". It turns out very tasty and unusual!)

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

In boiling milk to pour semolina and cook a thick porridge. Add the butter and salt.

Grind the yolks with sugar and vanilla. Add in the cooled porridge.

Beat the whites to a froth. Carefully enter them in mass.

Two tablespoons to moisten with water and prepared the masses to form a "dumplings". Place them in breadcrumbs (preferably sweet).

Fry in vegetable oil until brown. Finished sweet tooth you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, sprinkle with jam or sour cream. Delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!!
