Pea-fish soup

Ingredients

  • Peas

  • Onion

  • Sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Ginger

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Put on the stove water. As the water boils, throw the peas and Bay leaf. Salt. On slow fire cook the peas 40 minutes, removing the foam.

Onion finely chop and place in a pan with oil to roast. Add carrots. Fry, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.

Zazharku add grated on a fine grater ginger root

Saury open. Each piece cut with a knife in half. Add the fish in the soup.
