Cooking
Boil chicken (broth then can use for cooking rice or our favorite noodles, or whatever you want).
The lentils soaking is not necessary. Throw in boiling water pre-enumerated and washed lentils. Can also use chicken broth.
Peel the garlic, grind and fry in oil until slightly Golden.
Lentils have become almost a puree, and the volume of the liquid reduced by 1/4, add the garlic and cook to reduce liquid by 1/3.
At the end of cooking add the prepared chicken, cut into large pieces.
Pour into bowls and serve. Serve with crackers. All a pleasant appetite. P. S. to be continued....
