Cooking
Preheat the oven to 220 gr. In a frying pan heat 30 g of butter. Add apples, sugar and cinnamon. Sauté until soft.
Put the apples in a baking dish (23 - 25cm).
Place all the ingredients for the dough in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
Mix 45 - 60 seconds until smooth.
Pour the batter on the apples.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until Popover will not swell and is covered with a brown crust. Do not open the oven door until end of baking time.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
