Cooking
Rinse fish, cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and sugar, mix well. Leave for an hour in the fridge.
To the fish add the vinegar, vegetables, coriander.
Chop the garlic, add the pepper and pour the heated vegetable oil.
Mix everything, put a few hours in the cold (at least two). Bon appetit!!!
