Ingredients

  • Fish

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

Cooking

Rinse fish, cut into small pieces.

Sprinkle with salt and sugar, mix well. Leave for an hour in the fridge.

Onion cut into.

Carrots grate.

To the fish add the vinegar, vegetables, coriander.

Chop the garlic, add the pepper and pour the heated vegetable oil.
