Appetizer of eggplant in Turkish
Appetizer of eggplant — Patlıcan Mezesi. Very tasty snack, well suited to grinnemo meat, rice and just with a slice of freshly baked bread.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

We will need baked eggplant. To do this, prick the eggplant and bake them for 40 minutes at tempo.200 deg.

From eggplant to remove the skin and mince the flesh with a knife.
