Cooking
In water, add salt, egg and mix well.
Enter the sifted flour and knead elastic dough.

Bring to boil, saute a couple of minutes. Tomato sauce is ready.
The dough is divided into two parts. Roll out thinly into a rectangle one portion of the dough and evenly spread half of the filling and the pieces of butter.
From the second part of the dough and the filling, roll the second roll. Slice the rolls into pieces with a thickness of 4 - 5 cm.
In refractory form, I poured some of the sauce, put the rolls cut down.
