Soup with rice and potatoes
Soup is so fast that you can cook it for dinner. The idea was prompted by the children, or rather their picnic in the fresh air (we have snow, but warm!)... They roast on the grill here are "hunting" sausages, brought back home, we gladly ate and then... the rest in the soup!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausages

    2 piece

  • Figure

    60 g

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    2 pinch

  • Water

    1.2 l

  • Sour cream

  • Garlic powder

    2 pinch

Cooking

Carrots grate coarsely.

Sweet pepper and chop onions finely.

Pour into a heavy-bottomed pan in which to cook the soup. Or fry in a pan.

Hold on the fire with butter, stirring occasionally.

Then vegetable onion fill with water.

Long "hunting" sausages cut into rings.

Appropriate in the soup add an interesting rice from TM"Mistral".
