Description
Another interesting and cheap idea a La ham for the holiday table. It can also be cooked on the eve and on the day of filing will only have to cut. If you don't like liver, replace it with chicken thighs.

Cooking
Wing wash, dry, obsolete hairs over a gas hob. Mushrooms and onions peel, cut, fry in a little olive oil until tender.
Liver wash, dry, cut away the membrane and fat, chop coarsely (or finely, as you prefer), add the mushrooms, lightly fry, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully cut the skin from the wing, cut Turkey meat from the bones, cut it into small pieces, grind in a blender into a fine mince. The skin remove the inside, season with salt and pepper.
Sauteed mushrooms with the liver, add the ground beef, mix well.
Stuff filling the skin to seal both sides with toothpicks or sew with thread. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish, cover with foil and bake without convection at 190* 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes remove the foil, brush the wing with olive oil and soy sauce, to reduce the temperature to 180* and bake another 40 minutes.
To shift the wing on a dish, cool completely, cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator before slicing and serving. For more beautiful slicing knife should be wiped with a paper towel after each cut.
