Description

Panna cotta with melon
Offer to prepare a refreshing dessert for those who love melons. For the recipe thank the Bulgarian chef eve Toneva (recipe with my minor changes).

Ingredients

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Water

    90 ml

  • Melon

    800 g

  • Mint

    15 g

Cooking

Gelatin soaked in cold boiled water for 30-40 minutes. Swollen gelatin heated on the stove to dissolve (to boil not to bring!).

Pour the cream into a bowl, add honey.

While stirring bring the cream and honey to a boil, remove from heat. Add dissolved gelatin, mix the ingredients and filter. Give mass to cool to room temperature.

For melon Panna cotta clean peeled, cut into pieces.

The melon was milled using a blender.

To cooled butter add the ground puree, mix well.

Pour the Panna cotta into the mold or bowl. Give the dessert a good freeze in the refrigerator.

Decorate the dessert with balls of melon made using a spoon-Noisette, and fresh mint leaves. Bon appétit!
