Finally came the long-awaited spring!!! And with it comes the long-awaited start to grow edible greens))) Today at the market I bought a bunch of garlic. There are many useful for our body of vitamins, garlic has a pleasant taste, it has mild aroma and taste of garlic. Came home, made a salad, the recipe of which I hasten to share with you. Cooking
Here is our beautiful wild garlic. We wash and dry.
Wild garlic is small cut or tear by hand.
Prepare the filling: curd grind through a sieve
To the frayed curd gradually add the yogurt and rubs. In the end add lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk well.
Wild garlic, combine with eggs and top with seasoning.
