Here are our ingredients.
The serum is warm, add the yeast and half the sugar. Leave for 15 minutes until the "cap".
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, add the milk, salt and remaining sugar. To combine yeast mixture with flour, add the vegetable oil.
Knead soft, elastic dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes. Put 1 hour in a warm place, cover with a cloth.
Meanwhile, peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into small dice, chop the garlic. On a small amount of vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden, add garlic, quickly stir and remove from heat.
Pripasaem the table with flour, abenaim dough. Add fried onions and garlic, and mix up it into the dough.
Again put the dough in the bowl, cover with a cloth and leave for another 1 hour. The dough is again well-suited.
Formed bread. Stretch the dough into the reservoir, the edges are folded to the center of the "envelope" forming bread. Put the dough in, cover with a cloth and leave for 30-40 minutes. Begin to preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
