Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Serum

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

The serum is warm, add the yeast and half the sugar. Leave for 15 minutes until the "cap".
