  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Vanilla

  • Potato starch

    15 g

  • Lemon

    3 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Salt

Prepare the dough. Eggs, beat with sugar, vanilla, egg and oil. Add flour and soda. Knead the dough. Split the form laid by parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Spread a thin bottom and sides of the cake.

Prepare the filling. Mix cheese, yolks, sugar, vanilla, starch, lemon juice until smooth. Add the milk, knead it. Pour the filling in the form with the dough. Bake 30 minutes at 170 degrees.

Prepare the meringue. Whisk the whites with salt until stiff peaks, gradually add sugar, whisk to dissolve the sugar. Spread the meringue using a pastry bag on top of the cake. Bake about 10 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
