Bean soup with sausages
I suggest you try a very tasty, rich and aromatic soup. Recipe from the cookbook and slightly modified by me to our taste. Very highly recommend!!! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic powder

    2 tsp

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

  • Sausage

    4 piece

  • Dill

Cooking

The beans are washed in water, put in a pan, pour 1-1.5 liters of water and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, then recline in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Put rinsed beans into the pan, pour 2.5 liters of water, add salt to taste and bring to a boil. Cook for about 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and passeruem in a frying pan until transparent.

Carrots three on a grater and add the onions age. Cook stirring about 3 minutes.

Beets grate on a grater and slightly passeruem in another pan.

Then add citric acid, sugar, garlic powder and tomato paste. Mix well.

When the beans are almost ready, add the diced potatoes and sauteed onions and carrots and cook about 10 minutes until the potatoes are done.

Sausages cut into thin slices and fry in a pan.

Then add the beets and cook sausage in low heat for about 3 minutes.

Then put finely chopped dill, cover, turn off heat and allow to stew for 3-5 minutes.

To prepare the soup, I used my favorite beans mix TM "Mistral".
