Savoury stuffed tomatoes
Very quickly prepared and eaten. Just for the "wood" winter tomato.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

Tomatoes cut into halves, remove the pulp.

Cut the pulp into small cubes, add salt, pepper, sugar, parsley, dill, crushed through a garlic chesnokodavilku. Here in supplements a matter of taste - I like it hot with a sweet and sour flavor, so taste and experiment to your taste. Mix well.

Fill the tomato "meat" and put in the fridge. In fact they can be used at once. Stored though only a couple of days, if stay! Bon appetit!
