Shrimps in Chinese sauce on avocado
Very festive two-layer salad-cocktail, the first layer-shrimp with Chinese sauce (the sauce described in the recipe) with "guacamole" - mashed avocado. For those who love shrimp and avocado!

Avocado peel and mash into a puree and make a simplified version of [b][color=darkred]"guacamole"[/color][/b] (without onion, garlic and tomatoes) - add the lemon juice and a few drops of Tabasco, mix well and spread out on the glass portion and put it in the fridge.
