Avocado peel and mash into a puree and make a simplified version of [b][color=darkred]"guacamole"[/color][/b] (without onion, garlic and tomatoes) - add the lemon juice and a few drops of Tabasco, mix well and spread out on the glass portion and put it in the fridge.
All the ingredients for a [color=darkred][b]Chinese sauce[/b][/color](the tomatoes, broth, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, corn flour, chili pepper, green onion)
mix in a saucepan and boil for about 5 min. until thick.
The sauce can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator, it also combines very well with shrimp tempura and chicken.
Shrimp stir chilled sauce and spread on mashed avocado, garnish with slices of lime and balsamic sauce.
