Chocolat
The dough recipe for the muffins I adapted for the bread machine. Buns turned out very tender, moderately sweet, with a taste of chocolate. Suitable for coffee, and tea are delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Yeast

    1.75 tsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

The dough I made in the bread maker. The process is as follows: first fall asleep dry ingredients and then add liquid. The butter should be room temperature, milk warm. The amount of flour in the process it may be necessary to correct. I had to add 10 g.
