Description
By experimentation I came to the recipe for this sauce. I use it for cooking many dishes and just as a dressing for spaghetti.

Cooking
The required ingredients.
Tomatoes to be peeled. I heard somewhere that to properly clean the tomatoes with a knife, and not to douse them with boiling water, as boiling water obduce changes their taste.
Peeled tomatoes, dill, parsley, onion (cut into pieces), Basil and mint, put them into a blender and turn to puree.
This mass pour in the pan, add the olive oil, salt, pepper to taste and bring to boil.
As soon as the sauce boils, squeeze the garlic, mix well and turn off the heat.
Store sauce in the refrigerator in a glass container.
