Pickle with pickled green tomatoes
I want to introduce you the recipe for our family pickle! It is unusual in that, instead of pickles we put in salt, green tomatoes, and also (as very much like a thick and rich winter soups) add the canned beans!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    2 piece

Cooking

Meat pour in 3.5 litres of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam, cook for 30 minutes.

To the meat add the washed barley and cook for another 40 minutes.

Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a large grater, fry in vegetable oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

Celery, tomatoes and pepper cut into small cubes/slices, add to onion-carrot mixture and fry, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.

There also add the tomato paste 4 tbsp, simmer 10 minutes.

From the beans drain the beans, add the steamed vegetables, heat well.

In the soup put the prepared vegetables, Bay leaf, peppers, salt, cook for another 5 minutes.
