Mushroom soup with black rice
Beautiful and delicious soup that is easy and quick to cook.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 l

  • Wild rice

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    250 g

Cooking

To put water on the stove, add salt, add rice and cook until soft.

Onion cut into cubes, carrots to grate.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to broth, when the rice is almost ready.

Mushrooms cut into cubes and when the potato is almost ready (to be elastic), add to the broth.

Add along with the mushroom sauté. Bring to a boil and after 2-3 minutes turn off the heat.

Chop the greens (I have green onions) and

add to the soup along with the Bay leaf. Laurel 5-7 minutes to get it, or the soup will taste bitter.
