Meatless shepherd's pie
This cake is a godsend for fasting or vegetarians. Hearty, tasty, healthy!!! And ready just! I would rather call this pie casserole. Prepare this cake for a family lunch or dinner, am sure that will not be disappointed.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato sauce

    1 cup

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, boil and blend to a smooth puree. Season to taste. Cool.

Vegetable oil"Oleina"sauté until tender 3-4 min. onions and carrots cut into dice.

Add chopped celery, sweet and hot peppers and fry together for 3-4 minutes.

Zucchini cut into small cubes, add to vegetables and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the tomato purée or tomatoes in juice, red lentils, stir, season to taste, pour in about 2 cups of water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes until the lentils are tender.

In the form put the prepared lentils with the vegetables.

Put the frozen green peas.

Carefully spread over the mashed potatoes and bake at 200 g 10-15 min.

Ready Vegetable "Shepherd's pie" can be served!!! When serving I sprinkled fresh parsley. Bon appetit!
