Lace rolls
Beautiful, airy, graceful rolls. These lace is very simple to do, and the child cope)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    140 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

In a bowl of warm milk add 1 tsp sugar. Add yeast, stir, cover with a cloth and leave for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl mix the flour, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Add the prepared yeast mixture and the egg yolks. Mix with a spoon. When the dough becomes difficult to stir, add the chopped into small pieces oil. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Put the dough in a clean bowl, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place about 1 hour 30 minutes...

... until the dough will not rise (increased 2 times ).

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out not too thin. Cut out circles (I have a 5 cm in diameter)

Fold three circles of dough.

Roll them together and then cut in half and get 2 pieces of lace. This is done with all the dough.

Build the form for cupcakes with baking paper, lay the lace not too tight. I have molds over, but without them buns spread)))

Grease muffin sweet milk and give them increase in volume.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
