Chicken soup with Pak Choy
Delicious, nutritious, quick cooking soup. Generally it is a diet soup, but will suit everyone. The recipe comes from Weight Watchers magazine when I was on a diet. The recipe is for 2 servings, when I first time made my husband and son shared the first batch... now I always cook three portions)) Soup "caught&a mp;quot; our family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    300 g

  • Noodles

    50 g

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 tsp

  • Ginger

    15 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    1 handful

  • Chili

    1 piece

Marinade for the chicken. Combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger. Add the chicken and mix everything together, set aside.

Brew the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Spread cooked noodles on 2 plates.

Now cooking chicken. The pan sprinkle with sing and fry the chicken on medium heat from both sides for 4 minutes. Put the chicken in the dish with noodles.

Bring to a boil broth, add shredded Pak Choi and cook for 2 minutes.
