As I said, this year a lot of zucchini, so I am continuing the preservation of this beautiful vegetable. Cooking without frying and vinegar )))

Ingredients

Prepare all the vegetables. Carefully wash and peel.

Zucchini wash, peel and seeds. Grate on a coarse grater.
