Chutney zucchini
Spicy dish of summer vegetables for gourmets and not only!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Zucchini, onion, carrot, and tomato cut into cubes, garlic slices.

In a saucepan heat the oil, put onion and fry on medium heat until light Golden brown. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the zucchini, stir and add tomato. Last add the garlic.

In a saucepan with vegetables, pour soy sauce and vinegar, add honey, salt and pepper.

Chutney simmer under lid on low fire for 1 hour. Then remove the lid, increase the flame and cook, stirring constantly, until, until evaporated all the liquid. If necessary, adjust for salt-pepper-vinegar. Chutney transfer to a jar, cool and clean the refrigerator.
