Mussels with cheese and garlic sauce
It's hard to imagine a more beautiful, delicious and quick meal than mussels with cheese sauce. This dish is my duty to any table. And because even the Transfiguration Professor said that "a reasonably cautious man operates a hot snack", then... will operate)). What you suggest!

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    7 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

For cheese and garlic sauce to RUB on a small grater cheese. I used cheese Belebeevsky plant "Bolster young" - hard aromatic cheese, a great alternative to Parmesan.
