The dessert
What is good about this dessert, is the fact that preparing just a few minutes, and besides, it doesn't need fresh strawberries. And sorbet, and sauce can be prepared a few days before the holiday and thereby save time and effort.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 cup

  • Kiwi

    5 piece

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Tequila

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chop frozen strawberries using food processor or blender to a very fine ice crumbs.

Add the lemon juice and condensed milk and whip for another 2-3 minutes.

Should get a smooth pink mass.

Sorbet is ready, you can put it in a container and store in the freezer (no longer than a week).

If you wish, you can submit a sorbet with kiwi sauce. For the sauce you need to chop using a blender four kiwi with water, the fifth kiwi slice.

Then add the sugar and tequila, mix well so the sugar is dissolved. Ready sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for three days.
